and pursued an Exercise Physiology degree at Arizona State University. Later seeking additional schooling in Veterinary Technology to support a passion for horses, dressage riding. Together with her husband, an Equine veterinarian, built a busy Veterinary Practice that specializes in Sports Medicine.
Their family life consists of raising 3 energetic kids, horses, dogs, riding Dressage, and staying outside as much as possible.
For 10+ years, Farm/Barn work and raising kids was "exercise". As many can relate, there came a time to get back on track, with a shift in perspective, exercise for a cause. She joined Team in Training for her 1st half marathon, lost 30 pounds and gained a passion for big causes and sharing HOW. Find your why and you find your how. After five events with Team in Training, Corie earned the "Triple Crown" distinction- a marathon, a triathlon and a Century Ride.
Within 4 years of that first step back on the treadmill, she has completed several marathons, qualified for and run Boston, completed Ironman Wisconsin & Arizona and Redman 140.6, qualified for Duathlon worlds and USAT Nationals Olympic distance, as well as several Overall Podium finishes at local events. She is also a top 5 Masters Finisher of the American Triple T Challenge and USAT All American.
Along the way, as nutrition became a focus, she evolved from an eat whatever and random "dieter" to a clean eater in a paleo/plant based lifestyle and loves to teach about food and cooking. She encourages everyone become excited about learning what works for them and why.
She has served as a coach for Team in Training and is a coach and cofounder of a Non Profit local youth triathlon team, SaBaR Youth Triathlon, in Norman Oklahoma with a big vision for what we can do to get families moving together, and change the way we look at exercise, food and health in our community.
In 2011, she founded GOYA, LLC- Get Off Your Assets®! A company that will inspire a GOYAlife! She is currently completing additional certifications with
National Strength and Conditioning Association and Functional Movement Assessment.
As an Arbonne Independent Consultant for 7 years, Corie has had access to world class business and personal development coaches and mentors. Dr Jeff went from a 270 pound FATMAN, to a 205 pound 8 time IRONMAN FINISHER.
Like many other people, Dr. Jeff was a high school and college athlete and never had to think about being over weight, but somehow life caught up to him, and over the years Dr. Jeff began to gradually gain weight. Well, that gradual weight gain ended up creating a six foot two, thirty two year old weighing close to 270 POUNDS!
Not only was he very overweight, he also had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, was depressed about the way he looked, and was on a crash course to developing countless diseases related to obesity. After years of struggling with fad diets, gimmick supplements, and ineffective exercise programs, Dr. Jeff had enough.
He began studying exercise physiology, nutrition, and various training methods and began competing in mini triathlons. One thing lead to another before he knew it, Dr. Jeff lost over 70 pounds and finished the Ironman Triathlon, which is a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile bike, then followed by a 26.2 mile run all in one day. Dr Jeff was a true Fatman To Ironman!
Dr. Jeff not only found a new body, he found a new life. This weight loss and his personal experience training and competing in endurance sports lead Dr. Jeff to focus his practice on the prevention and treatment of sports related injuries, sports performance and weight loss.
Dr. Jeff now wears two hats, one as a healer helping people with pain and injuries, and one as a weight loss and endurance coach.

- My life's mission
Is to help everyone I can achieve superhuman optimization in their lives in every way possible, including factors such as fat loss, athletic performance, sleep, nutrition, hormones, etc.
Also, I am obsessed with finding the most nutritious, beneficial, and natural foods/superfoods/supplements/technology/products that are not only found in my home state of PA or even the US, but from around the world and I wish to bring this information/products to people that wish to optimize their lives and go beyond human in order to become superhuman.
I found my intense passion for everything health, fitness, and performance in 2015. This was during my 3 month stay in Phuket, Thailand where I was staying and training Muay thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and other Martial arts at the Tiger Muay Thai camp. I became extremely interested in the performance, nutrition, and lifestyle factors that were not only beneficial to the high level athletes but also the average person. When I returned from Thailand is when I found Ben Greenfield's podcast, which only increased my interest in what makes people optimized and is when I decided to change career paths and get involved in the health and fitness industry.

Mark Turner is passionate about coaching, teaching, and helping his clients live out their own personal reason for being on planet earth in the best, most active, productive, and healthiest way possible.
Like his clients Mark is on his own personal journey in pursuit of what the Greeks called arete. He points out that arete can be loosely translated as excellence in English. "But arete is more than just a "A+" grade, it is an "A+" with style. In other words art and science are never separated. The life of the mind is not divorced from the life of the body or the spirit. "Animus, Corpus, Spiritus": Mind, Body, Spirit."
Mark was training for his first triathlon in the late 80's, when the sport was still relatively new. In the middle of his training he became ill and, to make a long story short, he was misdiagnosed with a condition he never had and spent the next couple of decades treating asthma (which is what he did have) with double doses of ibuprofen.
Needless to say he put on a great deal of weight. When he got the asthma diagnosed, treated, and under control he weighed in at 250 and had High blood pressure. He did the math and realized that he was gaining weight exponentially and would hit 300+ by the time he was fifty if he did not make a change. So he did.
He started running on December 31st, 2007 and ran his first 1/2 marathon the following February. ISince then he has run 10+ 1/2s, 4 fulls, numerous 10ks, 10 milers, 1 milers, 5 ks, duathlons, sprint and olympic triathlons, 2 1/2 IMs and 1 IM.
Currently he is training for 2 more 1/2s in June 2014 and IM Florida in November 2014.
Mark is trained in Strengths Coaching with Gallup University, he is USAT Level I Certified Coach.
Mark joined the Superhuman Coach Network because he is convinced that the untapped potential of human beings is the single greatest wasted resource on the planet.
Mark takes to heart what a friend of his once told him, "life on planet earth is a one shot deal. You might as well go for great!"
If you want to release your own untapped potential contact Mark at TR4UCoaching@gmail.com.

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and personal trainer. I love everything about food, from growing it to eating it. I also love to be in the mountains running and cycling. I have a passion for helping people.
Originally from a small town in the great state of Michigan, I left at the age of 18 to pursue a college education at Western Michigan University and Tennessee Technological University. With a few twists and turns during my college career, I suddenly found myself in the United States Navy as a Naval Aircrewman and Rescue Swimmer. At the age of 21 I started to build a strong passion for all-aspect training and nutrition. With motivational drive I became a personal trainer and nutrition specialist, all while serving as a Rescue Swimmer Instructor in one of the most beautiful states in the Union, Hawaii. After a 4 year tour in Hawaii it was time to leave the military and continue educational pursuit in the field of Sports Psychology. I now mentor and teach numerous populations about fitness, nutrition and overall health. I take a very optimistic and motivational approach to my teaching and am constantly learning and developing myself through my clients. I have a true passion to help those who are in search of healthful answers and even those who are curious about the world of sport. I currently live in Boulder, Colorado, learning and teaching all aspects of triathlon and beginning competition in Ironman as well.

My name is Skylar Rubalcaba and I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in exercise and sport sciences with a concentration in Human Performance. At Ithaca I work as both a strength and conditioning coach an personal trainer. Once I am finished with school my goal is to work in the field of athletics in some form of strength and conditioning.
My masters thesis is in the field of heart rate variability (HRV). I think HRV is an up and coming biofeedback tool that athletes and coaches can utilize to achieve maximum performance in their athletes. While I am specifically focusing on how HRV relates to performance in runners I believe that the use of HRV applies to all fields of both sport and health. There is much research that still needs to be done in this area and I would like to help add to the collective knowledge.
I have taken what I have learned from my personal experiences as well as my education to help my clients set personal goals to achieve optimal health results with my assistance and individual analysis of not just their training, but their life. The way they sleep, manage stress, the quality of their food, even the temperature of their showers. I want to help athletes like myself who want to improve their overall health and event performance by optimizing the way ‘we’ train.
