  2. Hi man, how are you? I already sent to you an e-mail, but I understood wrong. I would like to do a IM in Brasil, november, 2014. Wich program do you think is better to me?? I´m lifeguard from fire-man and make a hipoxy training every day because is necessary in big waves, so I must to conciliate the train with my peculiarity. I´m thinking to renew the plan each 10 wks… what do you think?? Please, return me when you can! Best Regards!! Marcelo..
